808's and HEARTBREAK

So, I've been listening to Kanye's new CD, 808's and Heartbreak, consistently for about mmmm the past week. I wasn't sure how I felt about it at first but ....I love it. Maybe cuz I can relate to most of the songs lol While Beyonce is still on repeat...I have to listen to "Robocop" and "Paranoid" at least once a day. "AmaZing," "Coldest Winter" and "See You in My Nightmare's" are also must haves. If you ain't snatched you a copy up. Get in your car and go buy it. Yea.

Nah I'm kidding but lets talk about Beyonce's 3rd solo album (I Am...Sasha Fierce), now that I've had time to marinate on it a lil bit. So I have the deluxe edition (I recommend this one; some of the songs added to this are my favorite). So, honestly, this CD is no B Day (where you can play the full CD fully) but its still kinda good none the less. You got a couple tracks that people I've talked to say they skip over (I do too lol) and then you've got, like I said, some of my favorites. I must say that "Scared of Lonely", "Halo", "Hello," and "Ego" stay on repeat but I also love "Diva" (as does every other female I know lol) and "Radio." Now, two singles, "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)" and "If I Were a Boy," were released before the CD came out and their cool too. So in all I'd give the CD a hmmm 4 outta 5....only cuz of the Skippage of some random songs, but it's not bad. Go cop it.

mmmm their BAAAAAACK!

So.... I know this isn't brand new news but ayy just for the skeptical I'll talk about it. Yes, ladies and gentleman, flannels are back this fall/winter. You may have seen some at Old Navy, Journey's and all over the internet. Pharrell and Musiq Soulchild had flannels on at the BET Hip-Hop Awards (lookin flyyy might I add). And, even women have been either gettin their own ladies style at stores like Forever21 or snatching up a men's shirt and matching it with a thick belt around the waist. As for me, I love them on men and I think their cute on women too. So , much that I got my own and wear with or without a belt. So, while others may hate em....mmm i heart em :) until next time.
